Project Summary
HEPA(High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter is very useful for excellent removal of fine particulate air pollutants, but the air pressure due to the HEPA filter is so big that serious noise and low energy efficiency problems occur.
In this project, we will establish a technology to produce a aluminum coated conductive filter module with low pressure loss and high removal efficiency of fine particulate air pollutants. And we are also making an effort to make the conductive filter module technology as platform technology that can be applied to lots of industrial area such as air cleaner, heat exchanging, air conditioning , and ventilation unit systems.

- A system with producing capacity 30 square meter a day has been developed
- A system with producing capacity 150 square meter a day is being developed.

- A module technology for cleaning area 35 square meter is being developed.

New conceptual air cleaner with an aluminum coated conductive filter module is being designed and manufactured.
