Project Summary
Here at The PlantEAT, we are focused on developing ‘'Plant-based Alternatives’' with our own patented technologies. These alternatives are used to develop our egg-free mayonnaise that have been launched in South Korea last year. We are also pushing for technological research in the food sector to help consumers shift to healthier plant-based alternatives from a heavy egg-based / meat-based food diet. Our target change for our technologies is to develop plant-based alternatives for milk and chicken based foods.
