The value of the diet DANO pursues is to make people realize their own beauty. By providing a customized method based on individual's physical feature and life pattern, DANO helps people to form a habit that they can carry out during their whole life. That is the key of a healthy diet CEO Lee seeks for and also is the sole purpose of DANO.

Due to the commercial advertisement which shows a standardized beauty regardless of various body type, many women's pride has been hurt while forgetting their own beauty. Currently, our society is full of wrong diets ending up damaging one's health, whereas DANO strives to change the paradigm of diet in Korea and become the epitome of diet through 'Healthy and sustainable self management'

Project Summary
DANO, established on July 2013, is the brand specialized in women's diet. It first initiated Facebook page 'Diet Note' on April 2013 and launched one by one as followed; 'DANO' mobile app on July 2013, 'DANOSHOP' the online store of healthy food on May 2014, 'MYDANO' mobile app of personal coaching program on January 2015 and 'DANOFIT' women's fitness center on April 2016.

While the world has damaged women's pride by insisting a standardized beauty, DANO concentrates on develop the service of improving 2030 women's life-style, asserting that the solution is 'HABIT-SHAPING' and 'BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOU'

MYDANO is the industry-first mobile Habit-shaping diet coaching service that provides people with not only daily workout program but also personal coaching and Habit-Shaping missions such as drinking water everyday, stretching for the pelvic, stair walking and taking a walk in order to build life-habit improvement.

DANOSHOP
‘Isn't there a healthy food that we can eat for lifetime?’ DANOSHOP was born to answer this question. DANOSHOP is the online store specialized in foods for 'Healthy diet'. It only sells healthy products of what we can eat everyday life so that it can inform our customer to know that the true diet is not a temporary measure of losing weight, but it is 'Life motto' and 'Healthy and fun habit'

Main Achievements
After attracting the angel investment on October 2013, GS shop and Ajou IB invested 2.2 billion KRW as a 'Series A Investment'. On December 2016, DANO's mobile application had attracted more than 2 million users in total and became 'This year's fitness app' selected by Google. During the first half of 2017, DANOSHOP and MYDANO had seen tremendous growth by converting DANO's SNS users into customers, which results in exceeding break-even point and making a profit consistently as well.
