Bagel Labs' R&D project centers on providing users with a seamless experience of measuring, recording, sharing, and using size data. Hardware devices include smart tape measures in various forms that connect to the internet through Bluetooth. Efficient use of measurements is made possible with Bagel Labs' software solutions that come with API and SDK.

Project Summary
Bagel Labs has successfully developed two versions of smart tape measures, the 'Bagel' and the 'Bagel Square'. They are currently working on a new device tailored to measuring body sizes, the 'Bagel Lite'.

Business Model
Bagel Labs' current business model consists of hardware and software solution sales. The 'Bagel' smart tape measure that launched through crowdfunding in 2016 raised over $1.9M on just hardware sales. Currently, Bagel Labs is working with global business partners in various industries, helping them automate size measuring processes to save time and cut operation costs dramatically.

Main Achievements
Bagel Labs' 'Bagel' smart tape measure equipped with three measuring modes was launched through very successful crowdfunding campaigns that raised over $1.9M. The 'Bagel' has also won numerous awards, including the Edison Award 2016 silver medal.
